Aluminium installers/Glaziers - Part-time
GlacierLite is a joinery and glazing business primarily based in Canterbury. We’re looking for part-time joiners or glaziers to assist with onsite installations. If you are seeing this page, we are hiring for this role.
While the role starts as a part-time role to manage varying workloads, there is potential to grow into a full-time position as the business expands. We value dedication and reliability - team members who step up will have the chance to grow with us.

Requirements:
Physically fit and able to work on construction sites
Experience in joinery or glazing highly advantageous
Good documentation and communication skills
Flexible with working hours
Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious
Own tools preferred, not essential (safety boots, helmet, etc.)
NZ work rights
Key Responsibilities
Installation of aluminium joinery and glazing systems across residential and commercial sites, including windows, doors, and associated hardware.
Carrying out on-site preparation works such as setting out, checking levels, sealing, and finishing to ensure quality installations.
Loading and unloading of work vehicles with joinery units, glass, tools, and installation materials from suppliers.
Identifying and reporting any site issues, defects, or variations to supervisors in a timely manner.
Supporting preparation tasks when required, including glazing, frame preparation, or packing of joinery.
Undertaking any other reasonable duties related to the role as required to support operational needs and business objectives.
